Minor in Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a multidisciplinary field of study that contributes to the understanding of physical activity and exercise. This minor programme will introduce and expose students to the key subdisciplines of kinesiology including exercise physiology, exercise prescription, exercise in health and diseases, biomechanics, and movement measurement in addition to nutritional aspects of human health and performance.

Objectives
The Minor in Kinesiology aims to provide students with a broad understanding of how human movement occurs, the factors that directly or indirectly influence exercise and physical activity, and the benefits of adopting a physically active lifestyle in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of lifestyle-mediated chronic diseases that afflict modern society.
